I have the rights to decline any commission if any of the rules above is broken.

It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent.

Refunds will not be given unless it's because i have an issue

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be forbidden to commission me ever again. Your name will be publicly posted wherever i choose for others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me. This act is extremely rude and i would like to avoid this situation as much as possible

I, the artist, Yakenchi retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.

The commissioner has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my instagram/toyhouse @yakenchi) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

You may NOT alter my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.

You may NOT use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.

Do NOT claim the artwork as your own.

If these terms are broken, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.

Art pieces will be done within 1-2 weeks, if i have time it might be done within a day.

After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests for additional edits after the approved sketch, a price will be charged for the edits.

If you do not want me to post your commission online, please make it clear when you order.

Buyer MUST have a toyhouse to own

Removal of a toyhouse profile is forbidden, i will not accept credit twice

Selling characters for more than bought price is not allowed unless character has extra COMPLETE art (excluding sketches).

After bidding, users are not allowed to delete their bids/back out without reason.

Payment is to be made within 24 hours after i accept your offer and you have acknowledged it unless the bid is huge and require a hold

Failure to comply with any of these terms of service will result in a warn. After 3 warns, a blacklist will be implemented.
